Responsibilities
- Support multiple HR Business Partners across various business functions and initiatives.
- Handle employee relations cases, including performance management, investigations, terminations, and workplace concerns.
- Partner with HR and leadership to develop and implement retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Aid in HR transformation projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the HR function.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR/ER documentation and case records.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Support employee-related projects and administrative HR initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.
- Hands-on experience with performance management, investigations, and terminations.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience working in a matrixed or global organization preferred.
- Financial services industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay
Compensation for the HR Business Partner ranges from 30-40/hr, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).
Schedule
The role offers a hybrid schedule in Wayne, PA, with 2 days a week onsite. The position is for a 6-month contract with potential for extension (not guaranteed).
