HR Business Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time HR Business Partner to join our rapidly growing team. This position will contribute to tasks and projects instrumental to the company’s success. The role is office-based in Cincinnati, OH with some work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management.
• Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision-making.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments.
• Develop and present employee and management trainings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or ER Specialist.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
