As an HR Business Partner, you will navigate a dynamic, matrixed environment while supporting employees across multiple corporate functions. You will drive meaningful business outcomes by delivering high-impact HR programs and initiatives, and by partnering closely with business and HR leadership to shape and execute people strategies. Responsibilities Partner with business and HR leaders to anticipate needs and shape people strategies that drive business outcomes, applying a strong understanding of HR principles and practicesIdentify and advance key people priorities that strengthen organizational effectiveness and performanceLead the execution of HR programs, ensuring alignment with culture, strategy, and operational goalsAdvise and coach leaders on performance management, including feedback, employee development, and complex employee relations matters, exercising sound judgment in multifaceted situations involving multiple stakeholdersDrive talent development efforts that build organizational capability and support career growthImplement retention initiatives that improve engagement and reduce turnoverDesign workforce planning approaches that optimize team structure, skills, and capacityInfluence stakeholders through clear, concise communication and data-driven insightsSupport talent acquisition by guiding selection processes and ensuring strong hiring outcomesEnsure a smooth onboarding experience through effective coordination with cross-functional partners Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field.Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned OR 10 years of professional experience post academicsMinimum of seven years experience as an HR Business PartnerHR certification preferred (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) Lutron Electronics’ position as the worldwide leader in innovative lighting control and shading solutions has enabled consistent, annual growth.
