About the role
As an HR Business Partner at Lenovo, you will partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives that support organizational goals. You will provide expert advice on human resources policies and practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to inform HR initiatives and improve employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute training programs and development opportunities.
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and assessments, and providing recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Understanding of organizational behavior and employee motivation theories.
- Experience with performance management and employee development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills

Pay
- $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
