HR Business Partner
Pay Rate: $90,900 - $111,100. Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills, and abilities will determine placement within the pay range. Eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan with potential for additional financial awards.

About the Role
Provide support to one or more corrugated manufacturing plants. Work collaboratively with the Regional Human Resource Manager and facility management to deliver superior human resources services. Act as a business partner to achieve facility objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support a broad range of human resource activities including leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection, equal employment, grievance tracking, employee relations, employee benefits, and compliance training.
- Interact and maintain visibility with all levels of the organization.
- Travel weekly.
Requirements
- Three to six years of Human Resource experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Bachelor of Science degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Flexibility regarding work hours, location, and travel during the week.
