HR Business Partner
The Job
You will perform support to one or more corrugated manufacturing plants. Work collaboratively with Regional Human Resource Manager and facility management to provide superior human resources services to our employees and the facility. Work as a business partner to achieve facility objectives. Support a broad range of human resource activities including leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection, equal employment, grievance tracking, employee relations, employee benefits and compliance training.
Qualifications, Skills And Knowledge
- Highly motivated, engaged, committed individual that has an interest and background in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
- Three to six years Human Resource experience.
- Demonstrate leadership potential.
- Be open to career growth and relocation opportunities in the future.
- Experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Bachelor of Science degree in human resources, business or a related field is required.
- Flexibility as it relates to work hours, work location and travel during the week.
- Customer focused.
- Problem solving, organizational, communication and people skills.
- Functional/technical skills, action oriented, managerial courage, dealing with ambiguity, career ambition, command skills, motivating others, drive for results, strategic agility and building effective teams.
