HR Business Partner
Essential Job Functions
- Works closely with leadership in the identification of HR objectives, programs, policies and procedures.
- Administers and executes human resource programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management, recognition, retention and engagement.
- Consults with employees and leaders to resolve employee relations issues.
- Conducts research and analyzes data to create scalable HR solutions.
- Coaches, influences and communicates effectively.
- Maintains confidentiality and compliance with employment laws.
Quality System Responsibilities
- Document product and therapy related reports.
- Complete required training and competency confirmations.
- Comply with applicable quality system procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: B.S. degree in business administration, human resources, or related field required.
- PREFERRED: Master’s degree and/or HR certification.

Pay
The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. Salary: $115,000—$140,000 USD
