About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related situations, acting as an employee champion and change agent. This role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating proactively with the HR department and business management to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP partners across the HR function to deliver services that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in process (to be completed within 3 years of hire date, unless otherwise approved by the Executive over Human Resources)
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience
