Responsibilities
- Coach leaders through employee relations, performance, and difficult conversations
- Lead recruiting efforts to attract top talent
- Conduct fair, objective workplace investigations
- Partner with managers to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
- Support onboarding and new hire success
- Interpret HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Help develop leaders, strengthen teams, and drive continuous improvement
- Build trusted relationships across every level of the organization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus
- Strong employee relations, recruiting, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance employee advocacy with business objectives
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a bonus—but not required
