About the role
The HR Business Partner role is responsible for supporting the strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. This includes collaborating with department heads to identify HR needs, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct employee training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Administer benefits programs and handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with HRIS systems and software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
