About the role
Provides strategic HR support to business units across General Atomics and affiliated companies, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate performance management processes and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with all levels of employees and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
