About the Location
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions, and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors. About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic multinational organization. The role will focus on developing and implementing talent strategies that align with business objectives. The HRBP will play a key role in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), leveraging HR data to influence decisions. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure we have the right talent in the right place to drive our business forward.
Depending on your skills, experience, and interests, you may be considered for opportunities in other areas including labor relations, talent management, compensation, benefits & program design, and labor relations.
Responsibilities
- Own the translation of business strategy into talent priorities utilizing business knowledge and HR technical expertise to assess and anticipate talent needs and drivers.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, forecast talent needs, and guide sourcing decisions.
- Lead workforce planning activities, using data to assess talent gaps, identify skill needs and deficits to deliver business strategies.
- Ensure leaders understand and own Employee Development Cycle components, including effective career discussions and quality performance feedback.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders across all functions to ensure process rigor and efficiency in attracting and acquiring the best talent for the company.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in Business Partnership / Talent Strategy Development, Labor Relations, Compensation, Benefits & Program Design, Talent Design, HR Technology, or Manufacturing Human Resources.
- Human Resources experience with Fortune 500 companies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, either formal or informal.
- Experience operating away from HQ while understanding the importance of partnership with international peers and operating globally vs. siloed in a respective region.
- Excellent people management and coaching skills to drive results and process enhancements as needed.
