HR Business Partner
Essential Functions
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR solutions that support their goals.
- Partner with managers to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular talent reviews and workforce planning activities to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet current and future business needs.
- Lead and support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to drive positive change.
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and inform decision-making.
- Serve as a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and respected.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field preferred.
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred, but not required.
