Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with leaders and other employees
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues
- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Partner with the legal department as needed/required
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Participate and assist in executing various HR programs such as annual compensation reviews, performance management and succession planning
- Maintain and administer programs such as, but not limited to: Drug Screening (random), Service Awards, Subsidies, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or other applicable degree
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Collaborative work style

Licenses & Certifications
- HRCI or SHRM, preferred
