Responsibilities
- Achieve alignment between HR policy and practice, advise and coach leaders on personnel and organizational issues;
- Translate HR policies and developments into actionable solutions;
- Promote HR's professionalization (structure, processes, and procedures);
- Support transformation journeys and HR projects;
- Develop new HR policies;
- Engage in themes such as absenteeism, development, and sustainable employability;
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company rules;
- Operate effectively across operational, tactical, and organizational issues, and lead others in these areas.
Requirements
- Minimum HBO level in work and study, preferably in HRM;
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR role;
- Proven experience with HR projects, such as strategic staffing planning, talent or leadership development, organizational development, or transformation journeys;
- Experience in developing new HR policies;
- Knowledge of current HR topics, labor law, and employment conditions;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and communicative work style;
- Strong communication skills;
- Experience as a partner for leaders in a dynamic organization.
Qualifications

- Competitive salary range (€4,652 - €6,540 gross per month for a full-time position (40 hours) according to the GEO Services CAO);
- Personalized employment contract allowance (PAB) of 13.5% (8% vacation pay and 5.5% end-of-year bonus). You can decide how to use this, for example, by purchasing additional leave time;
