HR Business Partner
The Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a key advisor and strategic partner to service line leadership teams, aligning HR guidance with CoxHealth’s mission, and strategic goals, and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Leading investigations, ensuring a confidential, fair, and consistent process with thorough documentation.
- Actively supporting employee engagement, promoting initiatives that enhance organizational culture, inclusivity, and employee well-being.
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Required: At least one year of Human Resources experience.
Skills
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel.
- Effective communication with different levels of management.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
- Ability to write effective documentation on processes and procedures.
- Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Preferred: SHRM Certification or PHR Certification.
