HR Business Partner
Role Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced technology company. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders and managers to help them achieve business goals by proposing and implementing people and culture initiatives that drive sustainable high performance. This HR Business Partner role provides HR support to an R&D organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner to leaders and managers across the R&D organization
- Partner closely with leadership to support business objectives through effective people strategies
- Deliver end-to-end HR support across:
- Workforce planning and organizational design
- Compensation and performance management
- Talent development, retention, and succession planning
- Employee relations and manager coaching
- Coach managers on navigating a wide range of people-related challenges with consistency, sound judgment, and empathy
- Facilitate and implement Center of Excellence (COE)-driven programs and initiatives
- Identify, propose, and implement solutions related to talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention
- Operate with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience
- BA or BS degree, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field
- Experience supporting technical or engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Ability to use data to identify insights and drive action
- Demonstrated experience influencing leaders and applying critical-thinking skills to complex problems
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI, automation, or emerging tools to improve HR effectiveness, efficiency, and decision-making
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for California is $108,500 to $201,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
