Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP (NYSE BWP) is a midstream master limited partnership that provides transportation, storage, gathering and processing of natural gas and liquids for its customers. The partnership operates approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline and storage assets across 13 states, delivering reliable natural gas for power generation, home heating, and petrochemical feedstocks. Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant to management on HR related issues such as talent development, performance management, employee relations, leadership development, workforce planning, labor relations, training objectives, and compensation
- Provide day-to-day guidance to front line managers and other employees which may include coaching, counseling, career development, policy interpretation, general guidance and questions
- Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct effective investigations as necessary
- Provide project management to department and/or customers in a variety of programs related to organizational effectiveness
- Work closely with leadership to identify process improvements and deliver solutions
- Maintain in depth current knowledge of federal and state regulations to ensure compliance
- Additional HR related duties such as conducting exit interviews, onboarding, maintaining HRIS data integrity, reporting, recruiting and interviewing
