Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Assist in developing, communicating, and executing comprehensive strategies to manage labor relations within your operations stakeholder group.
- Investigating and resolving employee relations issues within your operations stakeholder group.
- Support and consult on the talent acquisition process, supporting hiring managers and the talent acquisition group to fill open positions within your stakeholder group.
- Support and execute talent management efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals.
- Aid in implementing and monitoring metrics to track progress and drive accountability for achieving HR goals.
- Work collaboratively with a team of HR business partners to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience working in a HR Business Partner capacity in manufacturing setting or 5+ years' in a non-manufacturing setting.
- PREFERRED: 1+ years’ experience in supporting labor relations within a manufacturing environment.
- PREFERRED: Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
