About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with strong exposure across the full HR lifecycle. The ideal candidate will play a strategic and operational role in driving talent initiatives, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development while partnering closely with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead end-to-end recruitment processes. Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent. Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.
- Talent Management: Drive performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks. Identify high-potential employees and create development plans. Support learning & development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and manage workplace issues with fairness and compliance. Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions. Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Retention Strategies: Analyze attrition trends and implement retention programs. Conduct stay interviews and employee engagement surveys. Design initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives. Support workforce planning and organizational design. Align HR strategies with long-term business goals.
- Executive Coaching & Succession Planning: Provide coaching support to senior leaders and managers. Develop succession planning frameworks for key roles. Build leadership pipelines and career progression models.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support compensation benchmarking and salary reviews. Partner in benefits program administration and policy design. Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal equity standards.
Pay
Salary Range: $120K-$140K/Annum
