About the role

Join our team as a day shift, full-time, HR Business Partner in Tulsa, OK. The HR Business Partner partners directly with managers and directors and their respective teams to drive results based on business strategy and objectives. This role aligns business objectives with employees and management, collaborating across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the facility, market, and region.

The HRBP demonstrates a solid understanding of the facility’s financial position, labor market demands, and operating landscape to guide people-related decisions and plans. The role supports and delivers on enterprise-wide HR-related projects and activities, creating HR agendas that align with corporate HR strategies while addressing local interests and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and directors to align business objectives with employees and management.
• Collaborate across HR functions to deliver value-added service reflecting business objectives.
• Use knowledge of the facility’s financial position, labor market, and operating landscape to guide HR decisions.
• Support and deliver on enterprise-wide HR projects and initiatives.
• Create HR agendas aligned with corporate strategies and local conditions.
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and training programs.
• Coach local managers to achieve positive business outcomes.
• Lead and mentor internal partners to deliver results.

Requirements

• BA/BS required.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a role such as HR Adviser, Generalist, or Specialist, preferably in an organization with multiple stakeholders and matrix relationships.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience facilitating meetings, discussions, and training programs.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence leaders.
• SHRM certification and/or extensive knowledge of current HR practices, principles, and trends.
