About the role
Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation programs. Oversee timekeeping and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance. Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefit inquiries. Ensure compliance with workers' compensation regulations and applicable labor laws. Maintain and update the employee handbook and company policies to reflect current best practices. Address and resolve employee relations matters including conflicts, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns. Partner with hiring managers to enhance the onboarding process and drive handbook updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated expertise in payroll administration, benefits management, onboarding, and orientation processes
