Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Spanish/English translation during shift huddles, safety walk-throughs, performance reviews, and daily associate discussions.
• Translate HR policies, safety protocols, benefits guides, and employee statements between Spanish and English.
• Lead bilingual orientations and assist with candidate screening and hiring initiatives.
• Assist associates with payroll, benefits, and timekeeping queries while maintaining accurate HRIS records.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency: Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English, including HR and warehouse terminology.
• Experience: Background in translation or HR within a distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse setting.
• Technical & Environment Adaptability: Proficient in Google Workspace; comfortable working between an office and an active warehouse floor.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 or (7:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday -Thursday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Friday)
