HR Benefits Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, retirement)
- Manage enrollments, qualifying life events, and open enrollment
- Serve as the main contact for employee benefit questions
- Handle FMLA, ADA, and other leave processes end-to-end
- Maintain accurate data in HRIS and benefits systems
- Support handbook updates and policy compliance
- Monitor employment law changes and coordinate updates
