Responsibilities
- Review onboarding and personnel documentation through Equifax and secure file systems.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and recordkeeping errors and document findings accurately in Excel.
- Maintain organized project records in OneDrive and other designated systems.
- Follow established audit procedures, documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Meet productivity and quality expectations while reviewing a high volume of records.
- Escalate exceptions, questions, trends, and unusual findings to project leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with document audits, compliance reviews, quality assurance, or records management.
- HR, payroll, administrative, or employee-records experience.
- Professional discretion when handling confidential employee data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents and records.
- Basic Excel skills, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and spreadsheet updates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, accuracy-focused work in a high-volume environment.
