About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide support to the HR team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with line managers to provide guidance on Employee Relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
• Support investigations into workplace matters, ensuring a fair and consistent process.
• Provide advice on employment legislation, contractual terms, and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Deliver induction programmes for new starters and support organisational change and restructuring activities.
• Develop and maintain HR reports to support the HR team and wider business.
• Manage and improve HR systems and support system development and implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist within a complex, commercial environment.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR systems and producing accurate HR reports.
• Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable or working towards it.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites.
