HR Associate/Receptionist
What You'll Do:
- Prepare onboarding, benefits, and employee packets
- Support employee records, HR tracking, and compliance initiatives
- Cookordinate employee programs, recognition awards, and special HR projects
- Maintain department supplies, files, and organizational charts
- Aid with invoices, expense reports, and benefit-related administration
- Welcome visitors and provide professional receptionist support
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of administrative and/or HR support experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay & Benefits:
$25-$28/hr | Full-Time | Onsite
