HR Associate Implementation Specialist

CBIZ’s Human Capital Management (HCM/HCA) division provides comprehensive workforce and HR solutions designed to help organizations attract, retain, and optimize their talent. Responsibilities

• Support clients during their on-boarding experience under direct supervision
• Work with internal business partners to understand and address client requirements
• Evaluate and configure requirements for new client set-up
• Document and provide solutions for client requirements with guidance from leadership
• Manage and execute the process of migrating client data from legacy systems
• Ensure all internal controls and procedures are followed for accuracy
• Ensure clients are trained and fully conversant with software and services
• Proactively monitor clients to identify problematic issues with assistance from senior team members
• Be alert to customer trends and potential problems
• Manage and organize multiple overlapping project deadlines
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in industry or related field
• Acute detail and accuracy skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
• Travel based on client and business needs
