HR Assistant - RRAL Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Process new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinate drug screens, and complete I9/E-Verify.
• Handle status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and other changes with appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS.
• Maintain up-to-date personnel records.
• Assist with hospital recognition programs and employee inquiries regarding Human Resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred); college degree desired.
• General office and/or personnel-related experience required.
• 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills required.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
