Qualifications
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, especially within HR, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software such as HRIS or ATS systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Aid in posting job vacancies and managing recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Cook up and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare employment documentation, including offer letters and onboarding materials for new hires.
- Facilitate orientation sessions to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal standards.
- Manage HR information systems and databases efficiently.
- Support employees with benefits questions, enrollment procedures, and benefits changes.
- Aid in payroll processing and related compensation tasks.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations related to HR practices.
- Help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries and issues, promoting positive employee relations.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain records of employee development activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and correspondence.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives to improve departmental efficiency.
