HR Assistant I
What's the Job?
Process relocation authorization requests through accurate data entry and documentation review
Review agreements, approvals, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
Partner with program specialists to support relocation and education assistance processes
Respond to employee inquiries regarding education-assistance program eligibility and requirements
Manage assigned email requests and ensure timely resolution within established service-level expectations
What's Needed?
- 1-2 years of professional experience in an administrative, customer service, or support role
- Strong Outlook proficiency and professional written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn multiple systems and processes quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements
Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, Fridays remote)
Pay rate: 16/HR
Type: W2 contract - not open to C2C or referrals from subvendors
Terms: 6-month contract; potential to extend or convert
