Description Management Assistant I/II Please note that an additional 3% salary adjustment will be provided on January 9, 2027 per the General Bargaining Unit Memorandum of Understanding.*** Annual Salary Management Assistant I $55,682 - $67,517 Management Assistant II $61,006 - $73,944 This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and office support functions for the Water Resources Manager and other staff of the Kern County Water Agency. All applicants must possess a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Certificate. One year performing administrative support functions is required for the I level; two years is required for the II level; one year of which must have included performing duties related to applying the Ralph M.
