About the role

As an HR Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting employees throughout their journey with the company, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing engagement and HR initiatives. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Human Resources team to coordinate hiring activities, welcome new employees, support employee communications, maintain HR records, and contribute to meaningful HR projects that help shape our workplace. You'll gain exposure to a variety of HR disciplines while helping ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

This position is being offered as a full-time fixed-term contract assignment. While employment beyond the contract period is not guaranteed, the role offers valuable exposure to a broad range of Human Resources activities and projects.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative experience may be considered
  • 3+ years of HR administrative, recruiting, and project support experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications required
  • Experience using Workday HRIS system is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
