HR Assistant - Benefits Administration
About the role
Supports the Benefits Administration team by performing a variety of functions, record keeping, data entry, and related processing activities to meet employees' needs and comply with the university requirements.
Answers and researches Benefits-related questions, and responds verbally or in writing as necessary.
Processes Leave of Absence (LOA) related assignments under the supervision of the Benefits and Leave Administrator.
Processes Workers Compensation-related assignments under the supervision of the Workers Compensation Specialist.
Processes Retirement benefits-related verifications and conducts research and audits under the supervision of the Benefits Manager.
Affords assistance in maintaining the Benefits website and Sick leave pool open enrollment.
Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
Provides overall support to the Benefits team. Responsible for documents filing and uploading.

Requirements
- High school diploma and two (2) years of experience in area of responsibility.
Qualifications
