Responsibilities
- Support recruiting, candidate, employee, onboarding, benefits, or workforce administration.
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate or employee records in approved systems and shared documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, communications, document collection, onboarding steps, or routine follow-up with candidates and internal teams.
- Prepare status reports, trackers, and supporting documentation to keep HR-related work organized and timely.
- Follow documented privacy, access, and escalation procedures when handling personal information or sensitive employment records.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform HR Assistant work or closely related training/experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote position.

Pay
Base compensation: $38,000–$50,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
