Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Aid in managing personnel files and new hire processing.
  • Support reporting and standardizing HR processes.
  • Ensure data integrity within the HRIS system.
  • Assist with local event planning.
  • Contribute to payroll administration.
  • Perform receptionist duties, as needed.
  • Participate in recruiting new employees.
  • Manage and create various documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate and communicate meetings and events.

  • Basic Human Resources Knowledge -- Employee Law and Technical Requirements.
  • Honest and ethical behavior.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Learnt and adaptable to new environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
  • Organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good reasoning and math skills.
  • Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
