Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid in managing personnel files and new hire processing.
- Support reporting and standardizing HR processes.
- Ensure data integrity within the HRIS system.
- Assist with local event planning.
- Contribute to payroll administration.
- Perform receptionist duties, as needed.
- Participate in recruiting new employees.
- Manage and create various documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate and communicate meetings and events.

- Basic Human Resources Knowledge -- Employee Law and Technical Requirements.
