About the role
The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department. This includes assisting with employee relations, maintaining records, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
- Handle scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative support
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
