Key Responsibilities For The HR & Training Manager Lead, coach, and develop HR team members while supporting the continued growth of the department. Create, deliver, and continuously improve employee learning, development, and compliance training programs. Serve as an HRIS subject matter expert with responsibility for Paylocity and Provide systems. Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, and HR compliance. Oversee training tracking, reporting, compliance, and related HR metrics. Qualifications For The HR & Training Manager Associate degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field. 4+ years of HR experience. Experience creating, delivering, or managing learning and development/training programs.
