- Owning the People Analytics roadmap aligned to HR and business priorities
- Triaging and prioritizing analytical intake to focus on high-impact work
- Translating business problems into analytical approaches
- Leading high-impact analyses on attrition, workforce planning, DEI, engagement, and other critical workforce topics; mentoring HR Business Analysts on analytics thinking and methodology
- Developing insight narratives and recommendations for senior leadership; and partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure analytics drives measurable business outcomes
Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and with internal and/or external resources to develop tools and services.
Ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices.
Lead meetings to present analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Help implement data strategies and manage projects and resources.
Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis.
Manage a team of data analysts.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Analytics required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
Experience
Experience in data and analytics 5-7 years required
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Solid analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of statistics
- Project management skills and/or experience a plus
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Ability to lead teams
