About the role
Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is an international company that collects and fractionates blood plasma to produce and distribute plasma-derived therapeutic products for treating and preventing serious diseases, disorders, and conditions such as Hemophilia, Primary Immune System Deficiencies, and Rh-Sensitization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support workforce planning, compliance, and business decision-making
- Maintain HR data, records, employee files, and trackers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends, translating data into clear summaries, presentations, and actionable insights for business leaders
- Cook up recruitment activities including interview scheduling, verbal offers, and offer letter preparation through HRIS systems
- Administer onboarding processes including background checks, documentation, workflow setup, and communication with new hires
- Support new hire readiness by coordinating orientation schedules, HR communications, and training activities
- Manage employee lifecycle processes such as hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, evaluations, and terminations with proper documentation and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including I-9 verification and recordkeeping standards
- Cook up offboarding processes including exit documentation, interviews, notifications, and system updates
- Support HR annual cycles including performance reviews, objective setting, salary reviews, and development planning using HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors
- Produce presentations, charts, and monthly reporting materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and town halls
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR reporting, data quality, and administrative processes
- Partner with HR, payroll, and business teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure alignment across systems
- Perform additional administrative and reporting duties as needed in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or HR reporting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP)
- Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making
- Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy standards
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, operations, or multi-site environment preferred
