Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and standardize a transparent HR metrics and reporting system for management, HR, and business units
- Create, analyze, and interpret HR metrics; develop audience-specific reports and dashboards
- Conduct various HR and workforce analyses
- Identify trends, risks, and areas for action; derive well-founded recommendations for management and HR
- Support annual personnel cost planning as well as ongoing forecast and budgeting processes
- Perform target/actual comparisons, variance analyses, and scenario/simulation calculations to support strategic and operational decisions
- Prepare and visualize management reports, analyses, and decision-making documents in an audience-appropriate manner
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Controlling to ensure a consistent data basis and shared management and reporting standards
- Contribute to HR projects through data-based analyses and actively support data-driven corporate management
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in HR controlling, HR analytics, or reporting, with a strong understanding of KPI systems, data analysis, and business contexts
- Excellent Excel skills and ideally experience with Power BI and common HR systems, preferably SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and a structured, solution-oriented, and responsible work approach
- High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and pronounced interface competence
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
