The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules carefully: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists,

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat job title as heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings 5. Preserve ALL substantive information 6. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) 7. Include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content - never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them 9. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY HTML fragment - no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting content: The posting has: - Company intro (Airbus Commercial looking for HR AI Solutions and Governance Lead) - "Meet the Team" section - "Your Working Environment" section - "How We Care for You" with Financial Rewards, Work/Life Balance, Health & Welfare, Individual Development - "Your Challenges" - list of responsibilities - "Your Boarding Pass" - requirements/qualifications - "Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities" - skills - "Physical Requirements" - detailed physical requirements - Salary range: 120,000USD - 135000USD - Benefits list - Various metadata: Company, Employment Type, Experience Level, Remote Type, Job Family - Lots of legal/EEO boilerplate at the end I need to structure this into semantic HTML sections. Let me identify the substantive sections: 1. About the role (intro paragraph) 2. Team/Environment (Meet the Team + Working Environment) 3. Responsibilities (Your Challenges) 4. Requirements/Qualifications (Your Boarding Pass) 5. Skills (Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities) 6. Physical Requirements 7. Pay (salary range) 8. Benefits (benefits list) 9. Schedule/Work Arrangement (Physical Requirements mentions Onsite 60% Remote 40%, and Remote Type: Flexible) I should combine Meet the Team and Working Environment into one section maybe "Team and Environment" or keep separate. The rules say use h3 for section headings like "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". I'll map accordingly. Let me draft the HTML: - Start with a paragraph for the role overview (About the role) - Then Team and Environment section (h3) - Then Responsibilities (h3) with ul from Your Challenges - Then Requirements (h3) with ul from Your Boarding Pass - Then Skills (h3) with ul from Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities - Then Physical Requirements (h3) - this is detailed, should include - Then Pay (h3) with salary range - Then Benefits (h3) with ul - Then Schedule (h3) with onsite/remote info I need to remove all the legal boilerplate at the end (EEO, visa sponsorship, at-will employment, etc.) and application instructions ("Take your career to a new level and apply online now!", "A full job description will be provided..."). Also remove the initial accessibility/accommodation notices and "Notice: Know Your Rights" etc. The "How We Care for You" section contains benefits info but the benefits are also listed later in a more concise list. I'll use the later list for Benefits section, but maybe include the "How We Care for You" as part of Benefits or Team/Environment? The rules say include section only when real specific content. The "How We Care for You" has Financial Rewards, Work/Life Balance, Health & Welfare, Individual Development - that's substantive. But the later benefits list is more specific. I'll include both maybe in Benefits section. Let me structure:
