HR Advisor

We are supporting a global leader within the defence and aerospace industry in the recruitment of an HR Advisor for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role will support the HR Business Partnering team and offers a broad mix of HR administration, employee relations, recruitment support, reporting and HR systems work. The Opportunity You will play a key role in ensuring HR policies and processes are applied consistently while providing practical support and advice to managers and employees. Key Responsibilities Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activitiesProvide guidance on absence management, disciplinary processes and employee relations mattersManage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycleProcess employee changes and HR transactions through Workday and SAPSupport recruitment activities and liaise with hiring managersProduce HR reports and analyse workforce data to identify trends and risksSupport performance review, talent management and wellbeing initiativesMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures Candidate Profile We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate: Previous HR experience within a generalist HR roleExperience supporting employee relations casesStrong administrative and organisational capabilityExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsStrong Excel and reporting skillsExperience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP or similar platformsA proactive, customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail What's on Offer?
