About the role

Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
Support with a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance and best practice.
Lead on HR projects that support strategic business goals and improve the overall employee experience.
Work closely with managers to develop and retain talent, fostering a positive and high-performing workforce.
Analyse HR data and trends to inform decisions and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a HR advisor role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in the care sector or a similar setting.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Solid organisational and proactive skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using HR systems and reporting tools.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continual improvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a HR advisor role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
