Role Summary
Reporting to the People Experience & Communication Manager, the HR Administrator & Receptionist is a key member of the Human Resources team. The person in this role will work to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the organization.
Exciting Work You Will Do
- Greeting visitors, directing people at the office, and handling general inquiries.
- Professionally administering incoming calls ensuring phone calls are handled accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring filing, requests, mailing, scanning, and faxing is completed in a timely manner.
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the Human Resource department.
- Care for coordination of corporate meetings and events.
- Support Executive Leadership with requests.
- Manage email correspondence and maintain the corporate office calendar.
- Support ad-hoc clerical tasks as needed.
- Prepare conference rooms and training rooms for meetings.
- Secure catering and other needs for events and meetings.
- Facilitate corporate travel plans as needed.

What You Will Need
- Work Experience: Entry Level.
- Educational Background: High school or equivalent.
- Analytics/Computer Skills: 2 years’ experience working with MS Office.
- Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment.
- Cross-functional skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications We Prefer But Do Not Require
- Work Experience: 2 years’ experience in administrative support within a complex business with multiple divisions.
