HR Administrative
Responsibilities
- Aid in administering employee health and welfare plans.
- Serve as a liaison for employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in HR processes.
- Provide administrative support for record-keeping and file maintenance.
- Assist in event planning and support of recruitment processes.
- Support training initiatives and plant communications.
- Handle new hire orientations and internal bid processing.
- Manage attendance tracking and processing internal transactions related to personnel and payroll.
- Support contingent workforce management as needed.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative support tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and clerical tasks.
- Experience in HR administration and use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in administrative assistance and filing.
- Ability to support various HR activities and initiatives.
Work Environment
The role involves working in a dynamic HR team that is currently being rebuilt. The team includes HR teammates who travel regularly. The organization is in the process of hiring an HR manager, expected to join within 4-6 weeks. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on supporting HR operations and enhancing employee engagement.

This is a Contract position based out of Bowling Green, KY.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
