HR Admin/Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Administrative Clerk to join a busy team, supporting payroll, employee data management, and administrative operations in a fast-moving beverage distribution and wholesale environment. This is a contract opportunity with permanent potential for someone who thrives in detail-focused work and can maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of information. The role is fully onsite and offers the chance to contribute across payroll, HR administration, and high-volume data entry functions while building long-term career potential. Responsibilities:Enter and update employee and payroll information in company systems, including hours worked, earnings, deductions, employee changes, and personnel records with a strong focus on accuracy.Perform high-volume data entry for payroll, HR, and administrative records while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Assist with onboarding administration, employee file maintenance, and processing personnel changes.Check payroll and employee data against internal records and timekeeping information to confirm completeness and resolve discrepancies.Maintain organized payroll and HR files to support record retention, compliance, and audit requirements.Respond to routine employee inquiries related to payroll, employee records, and administrative processes.Support general administrative duties, including document management, filing, reporting, and other office support tasks as needed.Work closely with payroll, HR, and operations teams to ensure accurate records and timely completion of administrative tasks. • Previous experience in payroll support, data entry, or an administrative position involving detailed record handling is preferred. • Strong keyboarding and data entry ability with consistent accuracy in high-volume work. • Familiarity with basic Excel functions such as entering data, sorting, and filtering spreadsheets. • Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail throughout the workday. • Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines. • Dependable attendance and reliability in a fully onsite Monday through Friday environment. • Exposure to payroll processes, including garnishments or general payroll administration, is a plus.
