Job Overview
Virtucom is seeking a HP Product and Program Manager, also known internally as an HP Champion, serving as the single point of contact and trusted advisor for both Virtucom and HP teams, aligning Virtucom's and HP's go-to-market (GTM) strategies, supporting initiatives that directly drive mutual revenue growth and provide best customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Represent the interests of Virtucom to HP while effectively communicating HP's strategies, reporting requirements, policies back to the relevant internal teams.
- Collaborate with the internal Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute joint business plans and GTM initiatives that align with both Virtucom's sales strategies and HP's policies/objectives.
- Facilitate the communication of HP's product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns with internal teams.
- Proactively share the relevant market intelligence, customer feedback on HP products and strategies, specifically to advance the GTM objectives with HP.
- Lead training internal marketing and sales teams to ensure our internal teams are fully aware of and trained on HP’s current products, tools, portals, and programs.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute marketing development activities, ensuring compliance with HP guidelines and maximizing ROI.
- Support the planning and execution of Sales Campaigns, ensuring our reps are equipped with the right tools and information.
- Provide regular updates to management on the health of the HP partnership, key achievements, and potential challenges.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or 3–5 years of related experience
- Proven ability to manage relationships and partnerships with vendors or strategic partners
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Experience with data analysis and strategic planning
- Working knowledge of technology products and the K–12 education market (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive results
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
