We have several jobs available for a variety of positions, many of which do not require related experience or fancy degrees. We prioritize work ethic and attitude to ensure the best long-term fit for our team and culture.

Application process

We ask a lot from applicants because we’ve learned that those who invest time in understanding our company and completing the application process tend to enjoy long-term careers with us. The process is designed to filter applicants and typically takes an hour or more.

• Complete the entire application in one sitting—you cannot save and return later.
• Submit the following:
  • Personal contact information
  • Position you are applying for
  • Educational background
  • Employment history
  • References
  • Resume (PDF or Word document)
  • Answers to three questions:
    • A book that has impacted you
    • How you handled a difficult situation with a customer or colleague
    • Why you want to work at Nych Brands
  • A 2-3 minute video telling us about yourself (Learn why we ask for this).
