Houskeeping room attendent |Residence Inn |Mount Juliet TN

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, polish and vacuum to ensure guest rooms and bathrooms meet hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling.
• Restock all guest room supplies, such as soap, shampoo, and coffee.
• Organize your linen closet, restock your cart, and prepare for the next day before your shift ends.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile during your shift.

Requirements

• At least one month of related experience.
• Passion for customer service and ability to work seamlessly with others.
• Ability to collaborate within a diverse team dynamic and work calmly under pressure.

Physical Demands

This role requires frequent movement, including:

• Standing/sitting for more than half of the time.
• Carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs, and other physical activities.

Schedule

Must be able to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
